科學技術是第一生產力,在國民經濟支柱行業之一的石油行業里更是如此。在煉化之前的石油上游環節中,鉆井成本占到了總成本的60~70%,具有顯著的資金密集型、知識密集型、技術密集型特征。近年來全球油氣資源形勢日趨緊張,國家能源安全的戰略地位不斷提升,利用科技手段打造鉆井利器成為石油公司的重要使命之一。
本期以“科技引領發展”為主題重拳推出的系列報道,集中介紹了中石油長城鉆探工程有限公司工程技術研究院緊緊圍繞“建設成國際化石油工程技術總承包商”的發展目標,立足國內外目標市場,歷經十余年不懈努力,形成了一批以分支井、稠油熱采鉆完井技術為代表的,達到國內領先、國際先進水平的優勢特色技術,為遼河等國內稠油油藏、后期開發油田的穩產、增產以及國外市場的開拓提供了堅實的技術保障,使得長城公司連續多年來收入始終保持十位數以上的增長速度,國際市場收入已經占到了總收入的一半,在激烈的國際競爭中占有了一席之地,用實際行動印證了“科學技術是第一生產力”這一偉大論斷。
Science and technology are the primary productive forces, especially for the petroleum industry which is one of the pillars of the national economy. In the upstream link before refining, drilling cost accounts for 60~70% of overall costs, and has remarkably capital-intensive, knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive characteristics. In recent years, due to the growing shortage of global hydrocarbon resources, strategic power of national energy security is emerging, and use of technological means to obtain drilling weapons has become one of the important missions of petroleum companies.
This series of launched reports focusing on “Tech-led development” present that Engineering Research Institute of CNPC Greatwall Drilling Engineering Company Limited, centering on the development goal of “being built into an international petroleum engineering technology contractor”, deeply rooted in domestic and foreign target markets and through 10 years of unremitting efforts, has developed several dominant and featured technologies, which are represented by drilling and completion technology for multilateral well and heavy oil thermal production and have reached leading domestic level and advanced international level, so as to provide solid technical support for domestic heavy oil reservoirs such as Liaohe Oilfield, stable production/stimulation of later-developed oilfields, and development of foreign markets, thus realizing that the revenues from international markets of Greatwall Drilling Engineering Company Limited have accounted for half of total revenues, making it part of vigorous international competition, and practically demonstrating the great judgment “Science and technology are the primary productive forces”.
